HOW TO ACCESS SCHEDULES, CAPTAIN CONTACT INFO AND STATISTICS

1. Log on to ustanetga.com or ustageorgia.com

2. Click on "TennisLink", then "Go to TennisLink" on the left side of the screen

There may be enhancements to TennisLink throughout the season. If these instructions do not match what you see on your screen please download new instructions .

3. Captains - enter your USTA number under the red "Captains & Coordinators" on the right hand side of the screen, then click "Go" to log in as a captain.
IF YOU DO NOT LOG IN AS A CAPTAIN YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS PHONE NUMBERS OF TEAM MEMBERS OR OTHER CAPTAINS.

4. Confirm email address and click "continue".

5. Enter your team number under "view league and championship stats and standings" and click "Go".

6. A new window should open titled "TennisLink League Reports - Team Level." This page is your team's home page.

7. Select one of the following:

  • Team Summary - Complete information about the team.
  • Match Summary- Displays all scheduled matches and their status.
  • Match Schedule - Displays date, time, location, captain's phone numbers and pairing of each match within your Flight/ Sub-Flight. (Level/Division). Phone numbers will only display if you have logged in with captain's access.
  • Player Roster - Displays team roster information including your team members contact information and membership numbers (note: captains only get this information for their own team - not any other teams in the league)
  • Blank Scorecard - provides a blank scorecard with your team roster on it

8. If you click the "add to my teams" a link to this page will appear on TennisLink each time you access the homepage. You still must log in as a captain to access phone numbers

If a new window does not open as "TennisLink League Reports" after entering your team number and clicking "go," check your computer software and be sure you do not have any "pop-up" blocking software. This software will prevent the window from opening.

1. Follow same log on procedures (Steps 1-6) as in Schedules and Statistics.

2. Click on the blue "flight/division" link that is listed under "Flight / Subflight" at the top of the page.

3. Click on the "Team Captains Report"

4. Email and phone numbers for team captains in your subflight/division will be listed

HOW TO USE tennislink to PRINT A BLANK SCORECARD

5. Follow same log on procedures (Steps 1-6) as in Schedules and Statistics

6. Click "Match Schedule".

7. Click on blue "Match ID Number"

8. Click on "Print Blank Scorecard"

9. Match information with all players listed for both teams will be displayed. Click on the blue "Print Report" button. Print the displayed page and take it to your match.

 

HOW TO USE TENNISLINK TO REPORT SCORES FOR YOUR TEAM

Any member from either team may enter the scores. A member of the opposing team must confirm or dispute the scores.

Entering Scores:

1. Follow same log on procedures (Steps 1-4) from Schedules and Statistics.

2. Click "Record a Score" on right side of your screen under League Players.

3. Enter your USTA number and the Match Number that correlates to the match you played. Match information/verification will be displayed.

4. Click "Next".

5. Enter the date the match was played. If these are makeup matches use the date of the last match played.

6. Select players in each position and enter the appropriate scores. Change the match status if necessary from completed to retired, default or double default.

Scoring Definitions:
Retirement - Occurs when an individual match has started and a player is unable to continue due to injury, loss of condition or emergency. Scores are recorded as played i.e. 6-3, 3-0. Select Retirement from the drop down box and select the winner.
Forfeit - Occurs when a team cannot field some or all of the required 5 positions (2 singles and 3 doubles). Scores are recorded by selecting default from the drop down and selecting the winner.
Default - Occurs when a player fails to appear on time. Scores are recorded by selecting default from the drop down box and selecting the winner.
Double Default - Occurs when players from both teams fail to appear for a match. Neither team will receive the point. Scores are recorded by selecting Double Default from the drop down box.

7. Click "Submit". Confirmation page will be displayed. If accurate, click "Finish".

Confirming Scores (must be done within 48 hours of match):

1. Follow steps 1-4 from Entering Scores.

2. Review player names, scores and winners.

3. Click "confirm" if accurate, Click "dispute" if not accurate.

4. Click "finish."


NOTE: Only click dispute if a score, winning team or player name is incorrect. Email your Level Representative with the match number and what correction is required. For other problems in a match see Grievance Procedures in the 2004 USTA Atlanta Tennis Association Rules & Regulations.
